I built a program that teaches 23 different movements that help strengthen imbalances and fix movement patterns. There are video demos and breakdowns of every movement. I run everything through the App True Coach. I give form coaching after every session, and you can message me 24/7 for $100 a month. Strength At Range Program

Athletic Longevity is an ATG based program where we explore building the range of every joint from the ground up. This will take time as we are working with tendons and ligaments, so be patient.

Level 1 consist of 7 different body weight movements to slowly build range from the ground up. Its a Monday/Wednesday/Friday cycle. The same 7 movements repeat. Those movements will ultimately open up many different movements and ranges.

Level 2 is a full body program that focuses on building range and strength in the whole body by adding load and range to each movement. It's Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri on a 2 week cycle.

Regardless of the program you choose. You will get form coaching after EVERY session and you can message me 24/7 for 100$ a month. If you're on the fence you can "preview" the program for 24 hours before you decide if you want to join.
