After suffering from an extruding 8mm L5-S1 herniation. I had to rediscover basic human movement.

In 2019 I suffered from a 8mm disc herniation. It made me take a step back and ressses my movement patterns and body alignment. It’s was through that process that my program “Becoming More Human” was born. Most of us have movement faults through out the day that are contributing to our pains. Once you learn proper movement and body alignment it gives your body a chance to heal.

Two years of working on body alignment and movement patterns and I was finally free of pain.

 

Now it was time to start building range. I believe it’s critical to build out in flexion and extension to help reduce the chance of injury. Not only that but its also going to give you the most athletic potential. This is when “Athletic Longevity” was born!
